Further rough ideas for one of two protagonists for my senior thesis film. Then…a homeless dude with a nipple beanie. Yep.
Finally got a small team going, and beginning to get to work on my Senior film. I’m sure we have many bumps ahead of us.
Some cafe / street sketches up top (really enjoying Seattle for people watching!), followed by some animation exploration thumbs for a rather sappy piece of dialogue. Looking forward to taking on the subtle movements and thinking moments.
Some more exploration of that gamer kid for next semester’s animation. And some very stiff drawings from my last gesture session. Was in a bit of a funk that day, but had fun with a marker that was laying around.
Some prepro for a class animation next semester, a drawn in-class exchange with a peer about a class.
Went to CTN-X ‘12 this last weekend. Crazy cool, met some good people. I totally spaced out and forgot to look and see if any tumblr folk were there, but hey, maybe next year?
Also; turkey’s are tiresome. Have an armadillo.
Warm Up, for a character model sheet coming up in my Projects class.
Small keys for a Figure Drawing class. Had to eyeball a series of movements and then roughly animate them.
Does anyone else find it peculiar that I’m posting these tiny things, yet I’m supposedly an animator?
Ha. Ha. Haaaaaaa.
More Sophomore projects stuff, this time specifically for my 30 second animation with a partner.
Part of some notes on Overlapping Action and the importance of Breakdowns in Animation. Guest Lecturer was Gary Perkovak.
